Amsterdam locks down again

We entered into the new year and Amsterdam locks down again to contain the Covid-19 virus. That means empty public transport but the city remains the same without people. The streets are empty and inhabitants are missing the social interaction – restaurants and cafés are closed. Also the cultural sector is suffering as everything will be closed until mid March 2021.

Amsterdam is taking care of burning its own garbage. Don’t worry only steam is getting out of the chimneys, so no pollution at all.
